I've decided in lieu of Monday weigh-in's I'll do Thursday. I started my diet on a Thursday so Wednesday seems appropriate.

Next week: Hoping for 196
Weight loss so far: 7 lbs
I actually gained 1.5 lbs yesterday. It could have been because I weighed myself at a different time (typically I always weigh myself in the morning, today I did it mid-afternoon). But also, a little cheating happened last night. I had a 1/2 cup of chicken pot pie filling I made for my parents. Hey! It needed tasting. Ok. No more cheating.
Starting Monday I have 11 weeks until Adam comes home. Lets get serious!
