11 a.m.: Got out of bed late(heeehee) Decided to try the creamy tomato soup. I couldn't eat it. It was orange water with a terrible after taste.
12 p.m.: Chocolate shake. I like these better than the vanilla
2:30 p.m.: Chicken and rice soup- Added some hot sauce and it hit the spot.
5:00- fruit punch shake
7:30: Dinner. Broiled chicken breast and some corn. I probably cheated. I added a little too much bbq sauce and my portions were a little off. I skipped my fifth (? techically I skipped both my fourth and fifth because I couldn't get down the soup)- hoping this balances the equation. I also cheated by eating six nuts and four small pieces of dried kiwi (my dad had it on the table and I couldn't help myself!!!)
